Yes. Set the exact width and height in pixels, enter the maximum file size the form allows (for example 0.2 MB for a 200 KB cap), and click Auto-fit under target — the app steps quality down until the file fits and shows you the final size.
Yes. Drop several PDFs into PDF Tools → Organize, drag them into the order you want, and merge into one file. Text stays selectable and searchable because nothing is flattened into images. Splitting out page ranges and rotating pages work the same way.
Yes. The Redact tool burns solid black boxes into the exported pixels, so there is no layer to remove and no original underneath. That is safer than blur or pixelation, both of which can sometimes be reversed by software.
Yes — that's the point. The JSON formatter, regex tester, diff, hash, Base64 encoder, timestamp converter and UUID generator all run locally, so pasting a live API payload, an internal log or a token never sends it to anyone.
